ODConnect (the "Tool") is operated privately by its owner (the "Operator") for use with QuickBooks Online companies the Operator is authorized to access. By connecting a QuickBooks Online company to the Tool, you confirm that you are an administrator of that company and are authorized to grant such access.
The Tool is provided for the Operator's own bookkeeping and invoicing workflow. It is not licensed, sold, or offered to third parties. No service level, support commitment, or warranty of any kind is offered.
Data retrieved from QuickBooks Online is stored only on the Operator's own computer and is used solely to support the connected company's bookkeeping. See the Privacy Policy.
You may revoke the Tool's access at any time from the Apps page in QuickBooks Online. Revocation immediately invalidates the Tool's credentials for that company.
The Tool is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Tool.
