This policy describes how ODConnect (the "Tool") handles information from QuickBooks Online companies connected to it.
With an administrator's authorization, the Tool reads customer, item, class, term, invoice, and payment records from the connected QuickBooks Online company, and may create invoice records at the Operator's direction. It does not access payroll, banking credentials, or payment-card data.
Retrieved data and OAuth credentials are stored only on the Operator's own computer, in local files readable only by the Operator's user account. Nothing is transmitted to any server other than Intuit's QuickBooks Online API.
No one. The Tool has no third-party integrations, analytics, advertising, or data sales.
Data is retained for as long as the Operator needs it for the connected company's bookkeeping. Revoking the Tool's access in QuickBooks Online invalidates its credentials immediately; local copies can be deleted by the Operator on request to the address below.
